GTOG private equity (GTOG PE) is a management-participating private equity fund operator,
based in Korea. We focus on investment in growth capital and buyout transactions,
by targeting startups, listed companies, as well as small and average-sized companies.
Key management personnel are experienced in investment transactions ranging from high profit yielding startups to small or average companies in global investment banks, domestic and foreign private equity fund operators, securities firms, and venture capital. From these transaction experiences, we analyze the synergy between the target companies and investors and focus on investor absolute returns.
After closing the deal, GtoG PE is an investment firm and long-term corporate partner, who work together to increase corporate value and respond proactively to investor protection through aggressive risk management.
